Industrial Park and Water Sanitation District Sewer System Condition Assessment

The Industrial Park Water and Sanitation District is responsible for operating sewer collection systems which include three submersible lift stations. The three lift stations are utilized to pump sewage discharged from 92 industrial / commercial customers located in Commerce City, CO. Bai Engineers worked as the prime and conducted District-wide sewer collection system and lift station system condition assessment.

A field inspection and condition assessment for the existing wastewater collection system was completed in February 2017. There are 54 manholes and three lift stations. All manholes, lift stations, and pipelines were surveyed and rated based on Government Accounting Standards Board Statement 34 (GASB34).
