Hi-Land Acres Water and Sanitation District Sewer Collection System Condition Assessment and Rehabilitation Project

Hi-Land Acres Water and Sanitation District serves 115 residential customers with 56 manholes. 
Bai Engineers worked as prime and performed sewer manhole and pipeline CCTV record review for sewer collection system condition assessment.

Several field inspections and condition assessment for the existing wastewater collection system were completed in September 2018. All manholes and pipelines were surveyed and rated based on Government Accounting Standards Board Statement 34 (GASB34). A list of pipes that needed rehabilitation was documented. Bai Engineers is currently managing the district wide sewer pipe rehabilitation project using the Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) technique.
